Give it the codes off the car and it says which fault explains the others — an injector circuit the computer measured, with the misfire it caused named as evidence rather than listed as a second problem. That one runs on no credits at all: same answer every time, and it keeps working when the month's allowance is gone.

AI is included on every plan, with nothing extra on the bill — ordinary shop use is covered. Your running total is in Settings → Subscription. Texting bills through your own Twilio account, at Twilio's rates. Online card payments run through a Stripe account you own and settle straight to your bank; we charge 3.4% + 30¢ per transaction, most of which is Stripe's own processing cost. Payments you take in person or in cash are free.

Change plans either direction, anytime. If you downgrade below the number of people logging in, everyone keeps access for 7 days — the date and count show in Settings — and then the most recently added logins switch off. Never the owner, nothing deleted. Technicians on your roster don't log in, so they don't use a seat. Full refund within 7 days of your first payment; cancellation and the founding-rate condition are in the Terms.
